Q: What currency are the prices in?
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website. Your bank will automatically convert the amount to your local currency.

Q: I haven't received my download email, what should I do?
Don't panic!
- Check your spam/junk mail folder
- Please check that you have used the correct email address.
- Log in to your account - your products are available there
- Contact us at support@the8shift.com if the problem persists.
Q: How many times can I download my products?
As many times as you like! There's no download limit. Your products remain accessible in your account for life.
Q: Can I download my products on multiple devices?
Yes! You can download and use your products on all your personal devices (computer, tablet, smartphone, e-reader).
Q: What happens if I lose my files?
No problem! Simply log in to your account and re-download your products for free, at any time.
Q: Do my downloads expire?
No! Your products remain accessible in your member area for life. You can download them whenever you want.

No! PDFs can be opened with any PDF reader (Adobe Reader, web browser, etc.). MP3s can be played with any audio player.

Q: Do I need to create an account to buy?
Yes, an account is required to access your digital library and manage your products.
Q: How do I create an account?
An account is automatically created for you with your first purchase. You can also create an account before purchasing by clicking on "Account" at the top of the page.
Q: I forgot my password, what should I do?
Click on "Forgot your password?" on the login page. You will receive an email to reset your password.
Q: Can I change my account information?
Yes! Log in to your account and go to "Settings" to change your email, password and other information.

Q: Can I get a refund?
Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not possible once you have accessed the content. See our Refund Policy for exceptions.
