Digital Products - No Refund Policy

Due to the instant and digital nature of our products (ebooks, audiobooks, workbooks), all purchases are final and non-refundable once you have accessed the digital content .

Why this policy?

Once you download or access our digital products, you receive the full content immediately. Unlike physical products, digital files cannot be "returned" once delivered.

Instant access

Upon confirmation of your payment:

  • You will receive an email with your download links.
  • You can access your member area to stream or download your files
  • All your purchases remain accessible in your library.

Exceptions

We offer refunds only in the following cases:

  • Technical issue: If you cannot access your files due to a problem on our end
  • Corrupted file: If the downloaded file is damaged or unreadable
  • Payment error: If you have been billed twice in error
  • Product not received: If you have not received access to your product within 24 hours
